Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Land Surveyor will be conducting surveys on land properties using specialized equipment, such as total stations and GPS systems. The Land Surveyor will also be responsible for creating maps based on survey data, plotting data points, and determining elevations or boundaries of land parcels. Other duties may include research of survey records or legal documents relating to specific properties.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in land surveying;
• Solid knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment;
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work independently or in teams.
