Job Description:

The Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of plumbing systems. This includes but is not limited to sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, water heaters, pipes, valves, drains, water meters etc. The Plumber will also be responsible for identifying any plumbing issues that need further attention.

Responsibilities:

• Install new water supply lines and drainage systems as needed.
• Identify any plumbing problems or areas that need improvement.
• Repair or replace broken pipes.
• Inspect existing piping systems for leaks or clogs.
• Install fixtures such as sinks or toilets as required.
• Ensure all plumbing systems are in compliance with local building codes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven experience as a plumber (minimum 3 years).
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations related to plumbing work.
• Must be familiar with the use of various tools including power drills and saws.
• Ability to troubleshoot various plumbing problems quickly and efficiently.
