Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The position is full-time and offers a salary of 1700. We are open to considering immigrant applicants for this role.

Responsibilities
• Conduct land surveys to measure properties and prepare maps, diagrams, and other documents for use in legal proceedings or other activities.
• Utilize survey equipment to determine accurate measurements of land parcels.
• Inspect property site to ensure accuracy of legal descriptions.
• Analyze data from aerial photographs and coordinates from satellites or other sources to identify the boundaries of properties.
• Prepare sketches, maps, reports, or legal descriptions of property surveys for clients or official records.
• Assist in researching deeds, titles, plats or other documents related to land boundaries or rights-of-way.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Knowledge of survey equipment usage and maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as AutoCAD
