Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business in order to ensure it is running efficiently and profitably. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans to maximize the company's performance and profitability. The Business Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will also work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, operations and human resources to ensure success.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the Middle East strongly preferred
• Proven record of successful development and implementation of operational strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem solving skills; ability to make difficult decisions quickly
• Knowledge of financial management principles; ability to create budgets and forecasts accurately
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
