Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative assistance to all staff members and managing general office duties. The Office Assistant is offered a salary of 1400 AED per month.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least High School Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an asset)
• No prior experience required. We are ready to consider foreigners.
