Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month. We are open to consider an immigrant for this job. No experience is required but some sales or customer service experience would be beneficial.

Requirements:
• Excellent command of English language and good communication skills
• Proven track record in sales or customer service
• Self-motivated, organized, and team player
• Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite and other computer skills

Duties:
• Manage a team of sales personnel in order to meet sales targets
• Develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities through market research and analysis
• Create detailed reports on performance metrics, trends, customer feedbacks etc.
• Monitor customer complaints and feedbacks to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop relationships with customers to drive repeat business
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, law regulations etc.
