Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the region and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same or similar industry. We are open to considering applicants from abroad, who can demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local market and culture.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Excellent knowledge of local market and culture
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Highly motivated, with a positive attitude towards customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies for maximizing sales performance in the region
• Setting short-term and long-term goals for the sales team
• Supervising day-to-day operations of the sales team
• Monitoring performance metrics and providing feedback for team members
• Building relationships with clients to identify opportunities for repeat business
• Working closely with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure cohesive operations across all areas of the business
