Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to increase profit margin in the Musaffah area
• Developing relationships with current customers as well as cultivating new accounts
• Analyzing customer needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
• Keeping up with industry trends in order to provide timely insights on competitor activities
• Establishing sales goals and tracking progress towards achieving them
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a sales management role
• Proven track record of success in managing a team of sales representatives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Immigrant status is accepted
