Job Responsibilities:
- Developing new menu items and recipes based on customer trends and feedback
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen staff, ensuring quality standards are met
- Implementing safety standards in the kitchen and ensuring food safety regulations are followed
- Collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring that food items are prepared in accordance with recipes and standards

Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high volume restaurant/hotel environment
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, maintenance, repair and safety procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure - Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form - A strong understanding of nutrition principles
