Job Title: Land Surveyor

Salary: 1700 AED per month

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Musaffah, UAE. This position is open to both foreign and local applicants and no experience is necessary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing land surveys to accurately determine property boundaries. This will involve conducting field surveys, researching and analyzing property records, and recording the results of the survey. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of surveying equipment and related software;
• Ability to read maps and other diagrams;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Ability to work independently in remote locations;
• Good communication skills;

Responsibilities: • Collect information from field surveys or public records; • Analyze maps, aerial photographs, survey notes, deeds, or other records; • Calculate angles and distances between points using geometry or trigonometry; • Prepare drawings or reports of survey results; • Make sure that survey projects meet legal requirements or standards.
