They must have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent technical skills in order to carry out all necessary tasks. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing construction projects from start to finish. They must also be able to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and drawings accurately in order to ensure all deliverables meet the required standards of quality.

The successful candidate must have a degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field. Knowledge of building codes, standards, regulations, and relevant technology is essential for this role. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential as the successful applicant will need to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining clear communication between stakeholders.
