We are looking for a passionate and talented Florist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate should have a natural eye for design, an understanding of different flower varieties and excellent customer service skills.

Demands:
• 2+ years of experience in a florist position
• Knowledgeable in flower selection and arrangement techniques
• Ability to develop creative solutions for customer requests
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Working knowledge of floral displays and shop maintenance duties
• Foreign language skills are desirable but not essential

Job Description:
As a Florist for our Doha location, you will be responsible for managing the entire production process from ordering flowers to arranging them according to the customer’s request. You will also be responsible for creating unique floral designs, managing inventory, maintaining shop cleanliness and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Additionally, you may be asked to provide advice on floral arrangements according to the season or occasion.
