Chemist - Doha, Qatar

We are currently looking for an experienced Chemist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position will offer a competitive salary of 1400 QAR/month and will require the successful candidate to work full-time hours. We are willing to consider applications from foreign nationals.

Job Description:
• Conducting tests and experiments on a variety of chemicals and materials to determine their properties and reactions
• Analyzing data using a range of scientific techniques and instruments, such as chromatography spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry
• Developing new methods of analysis as required by the laboratory or research project
• Writing up reports on findings in an accurate, detailed manner for other scientists or clients to review or act upon
• Maintaining laboratory equipment in good condition and ordering new supplies when necessary

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the industry
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong analytical abilities
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
