Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position offers a salary of 1200 SAR per month and is open to immigrants.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering accurate measurements and data relating to land, buildings and other features in the environment. This requires making precise observations and calculations using specialist equipment such as theodolites, transits, levels and GPS systems. You will also be expected to prepare plans, sketches and reports detailing your findings.

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys of land boundaries and other features in order to produce maps or plans
• Use specialist surveying equipment including theodolites, transits and levels accurately
• Interpret survey results using precise calculations
• Prepare detailed plans, sketches and reports of survey results
• Liaise with clients such as architects, engineers or property developers
• Ensure that all work is completed accurately and within deadlines
• Abide by all relevant health & safety regulations when onsite

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor (3+ years)
• Knowledge of surveying techniques & principles; excellent math & IT skills
• Ability to interpret survey data & information accurately & efficiently
• Good communication skills; able to liaise with colleagues & clients effectively
