Land Surveyor Vacancy in Riyadh

Riyadh is looking for a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. We are offering competitive salary of 1500 monthly. We are also open to considering foreign candidates for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
-Carry out land surveys using advanced survey equipment such as Total Station, GPS etc.
-Prepare survey plans, maps, diagrams and reports as required.
-Analyze collected survey data and make calculations for determining boundaries, elevations, lines of sight etc.
-Verify accuracy of collected survey data by comparing it against reference points or other surveys already conducted on the property or area being surveyed.
-Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times when conducting land surveys onsite.
-Keep accurate records of all survey work conducted for future reference or comparison purposes.
-Maintain accurate records of all survey materials used during each project/survey assignment including notes, observations, photographs etc..

Required Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in land surveying/geomatics engineering field is required (preferably in an international environment).
-Must be knowledgeable in the use of Total Station and GPS systems for surveying purposes as well as AutoCAD software for drawing plans/diagrams etc..
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language (Arabic language would be an advantage).
-Must possess strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets effectively and accurately draw conclusions from them when needed.
