Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage our projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be able to monitor and evaluate progress, budget and resources of projects. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work as part of a team with other professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans including objectives, goals, scope and deliverables.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks in the project plan and proactively come up with mitigating solutions.
• Estimate project costs, track budget expenses and ensure proper financial management of the project.
• Prepare regular reports on progress of projects to stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with clients in order to create a good working environment.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time within budgeted cost constraints.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/management/project management or related field is required for this position
• At least 2 years’ experience in managing projects is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential for this role
• Good analytical skills with the ability to think logically and work independently when needed
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and other stakeholders is essential
