Project Manager (Dubai)

We are looking for a qualified and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of work experience in project management and/or operations roles.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development and execution, from planning to monitoring and completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and according to the client’s specifications. You must also be comfortable working with external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors and contractors.

To be successful in this role you must possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills and an understanding of project methodology best practices. The ideal candidate should also have experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resources needed and risks
- Monitor progress against plans; identify potential issues/risks at an early stage and develop solutions to address them
- Coordinate internal resources (e.g., personnel, equipment) to meet project requirements
- Liaise with clients/external stakeholders throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
- Prepare progress reports for the client/stakeholders on a regular basis

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in project management or operations roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope & timeline
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

This is a full-time position based in Dubai with a salary of 1400 AED per month. We are open to foreign candidates for this position.
