We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate should have at least two years' experience in managing restaurants, with a proven record of success in customer service and operational management. The successful applicant will be based in Dubai, and must have the right to work in the UAE.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant and its operations, from staff management to budget control and customer satisfaction. You will be required to plan and implement strategies that maximize profits, minimize costs and meet customer expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the front-of-house staff, ensuring that they adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You should also be able to create attractive menus, set prices accordingly and manage stock levels. In addition, you will be expected to train new staff members on how to correctly carry out their duties.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills as well as strong leadership qualities. You must also have a good understanding of local food trends, hospitality laws and regulations, so you can ensure that the restaurant remains compliant at all times.
