Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, staff and other stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress daily through inspections and reports
• Develop detailed project plans setting out timelines, milestones and budgets
• Ensure safety standards are met throughout the entire project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a Construction Manager role preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
