Job Title: Barista
Salary: 1100 KWD
Location: Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service to all customers.

This position requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, etc., according to company recipes and standards;
• Take customer orders accurately;
• Ensure that all beverage orders are prepared quickly and correctly;
• Maintain cleanliness of workspace according to health codes;
• Provide excellent customer service at all times; and
• Assist in other areas of the cafe when needed.

The successful candidate must have experience working in a similar role with good knowledge of different coffee making methods. They must be able to work within a fast-paced environment while displaying enthusiasm towards customers. We are open to considering applications from foreigners.
