Job Title: Barista
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1700 KD

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and take initiative. Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare hot and cold drinks according to customers' specifications
- Maintain cleanliness of workspace area
- Ensure all products are prepared correctly and promptly
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Assist in the training of new staff members when needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience as a barista (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of coffee production processes
