Job Description:
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operations. You will oversee food preparation, ensure quality control, monitor staff performance, develop menus, create new recipes and keep up-to-date with industry trends. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen area and ensuring that all staff members adhere to health & safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels in the kitchen and ordering supplies as needed.
