Job Title: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1400 QAR/month
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to serve as a Secretary in our office in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative, organizational and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
The main duties of the Secretary include but are not limited to:
• Greeting visitors, answering phone calls and responding to emails;
• Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and taking minutes;
• Maintaining filing systems and filing documents;
• Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing, bookkeeping and payroll;
• Managing incoming correspondence such as letters and emails;
• Updating records and databases such as client contacts;
• Making travel arrangements for staff members; and
• Providing general administrative support as required.
To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must also have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues and external contacts. Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage but not essential as we are willing to consider applicants with no experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
