Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are hiring a Secretary for our Doha office! This position is responsible for providing secretarial support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and administrative skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads is essential. We are offering a salary of 1300, and we are open to considering foreign candidates with minimal prior work experience.
Responsibilities include:
β’ Assisting with typing letters, taking notes, and transcribing documents
β’ Scheduling meetings and appointments
β’ Organizing files and maintaining records
β’ Answering phone calls and taking messages
β’ Greeting visitors and handling inquiries
β’ Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent education required; college degree preferred
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
