Job Duties:
• Undertake land surveys for construction projects using total stations, theodolites and other land survey instruments.
• Prepare survey sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of property boundaries.
• Collect data from existing plans or from observations made on site.
• Analyze data using appropriate software.
• Maintain records of survey activities and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in land surveying field.
• Knowledge of surveying tools (total station, theodolite) and principles will be beneficial.
• Ability to interpret regulations, technical drawings, specifications etc.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
