Position Summary

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, designing and evaluating electrical systems and components to meet our company’s needs. You will work closely with other engineers, technical staff and management to develop sustainable solutions that meet the goals of the company. We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, a good understanding of electrical systems and components and who is able to work independently and collaboratively. The Electrical Engineer should also have good problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Designing, developing, testing and evaluating electrical systems and components in accordance with company standards
- Analyzing test data to ensure products meet design requirements
- Working in collaboration with other engineers, technical staff and management
- Establishing performance goals for all electrical systems
- Preparing cost estimates for product development projects
- Creating detailed drawings of proposed designs
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and providing solutions
- Developing quality assurance procedures associated with product design and development processes
- Ensuring that electrical systems comply with safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems quickly
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must be able to effectively communicate complex technical information in an easy to understand format - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment - Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) - Fluency in English is required

This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 QR per month plus benefits including health insurance coverage.
