We are looking for a motivated, experienced Supervisor to join our Al-Kuwait team! This position offers a salary of 1400 and is open to foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing our team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This position requires excellent communication skills in order to manage and motivate staff, as well as maintain good working relationships with other departments. The Supervisor should also be able to identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to team members.

It is essential that the Supervisor has previous experience managing employees, preferably within a similar organization or industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should also have excellent problem solving abilities in order to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during their shift.
