We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the local area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in our team, and we offer a competitive salary of 1800 per month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate must be motivated, enthusiastic and able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. They must also have strong problem solving skills and be able to work independently when required. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience with performance management processes will be an advantage, as will the capacity to create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

The primary responsibility of the Supervisor will be overseeing daily operations within their assigned areas and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. The successful candidate should be able to coach, motivate and lead teams in order to maximize performance, whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels at all times. They will also need to monitor performance metrics on a regular basis and ensure that any issues raised by staff or customers are addressed promptly.
