We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the team, while ensuring quality standards are met.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. They should have a good understanding of the industry, as well as a proven track record in supervising teams. A successful Supervisor is expected to have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate their team to achieve company goals.

The duties of the Supervisor will include: monitoring staff performance, implementing policies and procedures, resolving conflicts between staff members, conducting performance appraisals, providing guidance and training to staff members, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and reporting any issues to senior management. The successful candidate must also be able to identify areas of improvement within the team and take appropriate action to address these issues.
