Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate should be able to provide customers with efficient, courteous service while maintaining the highest level of quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a friendly attitude and a passion for customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed
• Provide guests with menus and explain any special items
• Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently
• Serve food to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to customer’s requests
• Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, juices etc.
• Ensure all tables are clean and set up correctly
• Clear tables after each customer's use
• Answer questions about menu items
• Process payments accurately and timely
• Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress in the restaurant industry preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
Compensation

The offered salary for this position is 1500 SAR per month.
