We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of leadership experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team. The salary for this position is 1200 AED per month.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong problem solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and manage the performance of their staff. They should have a good understanding of customer service best practices and the ability to effectively lead a team in achieving organizational goals.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide effective direction and guidance, complete daily tasks and ensure that all services are delivered in line with company standards. They should be able to identify potential problems and take proactive steps to resolve them. Additionally, they should ensure that customer service expectations are met at all times and strive for continuous improvement of their team’s performance.

The successful candidate should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in business management or related field along with two years of relevant leadership experience in customer service or hospitality industry. They must also be able to use Microsoft Office suite competently including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point along with other related software applications. Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of Arabic language would be beneficial but not required for this role.
