Job Summary
Supervisor - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1400 AED/month. We are open to considering a foreign candidate who meets the requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned team or department
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Assist with recruiting and hiring new staff
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and standards
- Develop objectives and performance standards for employee teams
- Identify areas of improvement in processes, procedures, and systems
- Develop strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity of employees
- Ensure that all customer service requests are handled promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure order accuracy
- Resolve employee conflicts or escalate as necessary

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in customer service or related field
- Experience in recruiting, training, coaching, motivating staff members necessary to achieve desired results
- Excellent problem solving skills with an eye for detail
- Good communication skills with ability to lead by example
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
