Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. The salary offered is 1400 AED per month, and we are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as necessary.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are strictly followed by all employees.
• Develop training plans to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
• Ensure that all customer service standards are met or exceeded at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, work hours, break times, etc.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints or requests for assistance with resolving any issues.
• Oversee inventory management tasks such as ordering supplies, stocking shelves, etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team of employees effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in order to respond quickly to customer issues or other challenges encountered during daily operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant safety regulations as well as personnel management practices is essential for success in this role
