Business Manager – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company and grow your career. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business operations of the company, ensuring that all business objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for achieving business goals and objectives;

• Monitor daily operations of the company; oversee projects, budgets and resources;
• Formulate plans and policies related to the business operations;
• Analyze financial statements, reports, records and other data; identify areas needing improvement or assistance;
• Supervise staff members; delegate tasks as needed;
• Improve customer service processes and procedures;
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role required; experience in Qatar preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Salary:1600 per month + benefits (as per the local laws). We are ready to consider a foreigner.
