Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be reliable, organized, and have excellent customer service and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the team. This includes scheduling meetings, taking minutes of meetings, maintaining office records, overseeing follow-up tasks and other related duties.

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Secretary or similar role. You should also have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and possess strong organizational skills. A degree in Office Administration or a similar field is preferred but not required.

We are offering a salary of 1000 AED plus benefits for the right candidate. We are open to considering immigrants for this position as well.
