We are looking for a motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work in a dynamic environment and acquire valuable skills and experience.



The successful candidate must be highly organised, with an aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The role involves coordinating meetings, taking minutes, preparing correspondence and reports, handling office paperwork, maintaining databases and filing systems, dealing with enquiries and providing administrative support.



The successful candidate should possess strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. A working knowledge of ERP systems is desired but not essential. A high level of accuracy is essential along with the ability to work under pressure.



We are willing to consider a foreign applicant for this position, who will receive a salary of 900 AED per month. If you believe that you have the skills and qualifications that we require, then please apply now!
