Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to build and repair structures and equipment. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of various welding techniques, tools, and materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operate welding equipment according to safety protocols.
• Read blueprints or work orders to determine the type of job and material needed.
• Use hand tools or machines to cut, shape, or smooth metal pieces prior to welding.
• Assemble parts by bolting or riveting them together.
• Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material.
• Grind down welds to ensure a smooth finish.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety guidelines when operating machinery.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED required; completion of an apprenticeship program preferred
• Proven experience as a Welder; certification is a plus
• Knowledge of various welding techniques (e.g., MIG/TIG)
• Knowledge of materials (e.g., steel)
• Ability to read technical drawings and documents
• Attention to detail
