Khalifah A City is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. We are offering a salary of 1600 to the successful candidate. We are open to both local and foreign applicants.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring that all office operations are running smoothly. You will coordinate with different departments, review and manage documents, answer inquiries from customers, assist in scheduling appointments and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications for this position include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint is also required. Previous experience in working in an office environment or in customer service is preferred but not essential.
