We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales trends and create strategies to maximize profits
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability
• Monitor customer feedback and respond accordingly
• Design promotional campaigns to attract new customers
• Negotiate supplier contracts and prices
• Collaborate with marketing teams on product placement
• Ensure the store is visually appealing; update displays regularly
• Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory levels

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role; however, we are willing to consider candidates with minimal work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
