Job Responsibilities:
• Managing sales activities to achieve the desired sales targets.
• Building relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities.
• Developing strategies to increase sales and boost profits.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and other data to identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry is essential.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team towards success. • Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic (preferred). • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. •Ability to think strategically and analytically.
