We are a company based in Sharjah looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. They must be highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines. They must also have experience in managing sales teams, setting targets and working towards achieving KPIs.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in sales, with a sound understanding of the market trends and customer needs. They should also be proficient in both spoken and written English, as well as having excellent negotiation skills.

The Sales Manager will be required to develop strategies for increasing sales, including creating campaigns that target new customers as well as existing ones. They will also be responsible for developing business plans that maximize profit margins and increase efficiency. As part of their duties they will report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, conversion rates, customer satisfaction and cost efficiencies.

This is a full-time role based in Sharjah with an attractive salary of 1500 AED per month plus commission bonuses for meeting performance targets. We are ready to consider foreigners who meet the above criteria.
