We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to ensure the team meets its goals.

As Sales Manager, you will identify sales opportunities, develop relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also create and implement plans to improve sales performance, prepare reports on sales activity and provide guidance and support to the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Marketing, plus 5 years' experience in sales. A proven track record of delivering results is essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be willing to travel extensively within the UAE and internationally if required.
