Job Summary:

Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales operations within the city and driving profit growth while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A salary of 1300 is being offered to the successful candidate. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this role.

Needs for the Candidate:

The successful candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years' in-depth experience in sales management along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The ability to think strategically, stay organized, and use initiative are key requirements of this position. Fluency in English is also necessary, any additional languages would be an asset.

Job Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies and managing their implementation throughout the city. They will be in charge of analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships with existing customers, overseeing day-to-day operations such as order processing, pricing decisions, customer service initiatives and staff management. The Sales Manager will also produce weekly/monthly performance reports to ensure that targets are being met while monitoring competitor activity on an ongoing basis to ensure our team stays ahead of the competition.
