We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate will be highly professional and knowledgeable in culinary arts, with a passion for creating innovative dishes, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

The Executive Chef should have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage all kitchen staff, including delegating tasks and monitoring performance. The successful candidate will ensure that all dishes are prepared according to specifications, while ensuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. They should be able to work under pressure and maintain enthusiasm for their work.

We require a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably at a 5-star hospitality environment. The successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential for this role. A creative mind is a plus!
