Job Title: Carpenter
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 1500/month

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent hand-eye coordination, and possess good problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in carpentry is preferred but not essential.
• Experience with woodworking, measuring tools, and power tools is a must.
• Good comprehension of English is essential.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints is required.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects on occasion.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a valid UAE residence visa.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Measure and cut wood accurately according to the project requirements.
• Assemble components using glue, screws, nails, dowels, or other fasteners as needed.
• Install frames for windows and doors accurately based on measurements taken from the job site.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance purposes before handing them off to the customer or installing them onsite.
• Maintain equipment including saws, drills, planers, routers, sanders etc in good working order at all times by performing regular maintenance checks.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. • Certification from a trade school is an advantage but not compulsory . • Ability to operate hand tools such as saws, planes clamps etc safely and efficiently is essential . • Good problem-solving skills are necessary in order to assess customer needs quickly and accurately .
