Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee drinks according to company standards
• Ensure all beverages are made with high quality ingredients and adhere to company recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Follow health and safety guidelines when preparing food or beverages
• Greet customers warmly, take orders promptly and answer their questions courteously
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in the food industry is preferred but not required • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to detail • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to communicate effectively in English
