Job Summary:
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Bani Yas City and serve customers with enthusiasm and friendliness. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare espresso-based drinks with accuracy and speed and have excellent customer service skills. No prior experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right person.

Job Duties:
• Prepare coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, etc.
• Follow proper bean grinding procedures
• Accurately measure coffee grinds and water temperatures
• Clean and maintain all equipment used in coffee preparation
• Receive payment from customers
• Ensure a clean workspace at all times
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly manner
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Salary: 1200 AED/month
