Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying and mapping land and other natural features, preparing survey reports, and making recommendations based on the findings.

Main responsibilities include:
• Conducting field surveys and gathering data
• Reading and interpreting legal descriptions of land
• Compiling data from maps, aerial photographs, surveys and GPS devices
• Analyzing survey results to make recommendations
• Preparing survey reports for clients
• Maintaining accurate records of all surveying activities
• Meeting deadlines for projects in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field (required)
• Professional certification from local surveying authority (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor (minimum 3 years)
• Excellent knowledge of surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation etc.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Salary: 1700 AED/month (negotiable based on experience). We are open to considering applications from immigrants.
