Land Surveyor Vacancy in Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1800 AED per month and we are open to consider foreigners for the role.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Geomatics, Civil engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Knowledge of survey techniques and equipment, such as total station, GPS receiver, and level instrument
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in challenging conditions and varying weather conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Estimate the best survey method depending on the type of project assigned.
• Conduct topographical surveys using high-precision equipment such as total station, GPS receiver, and level instrument.
• Determine land boundaries by consulting legal documents like deeds and old maps. • Prepare detailed reports on survey results including accurate calculations and analysis of data collected. • Manage survey projects from start to finish while meeting deadlines within budget limitations. • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards when working onsite or in remote locations.
