We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leading kitchens and managing teams in high-end restaurants.

We require the following:
* At least 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant
* Professional Culinary Arts degree from a recognized culinary institution
* Excellent knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
* Ability to be creative with food presentation while following culinary trends
* Strong leadership skills, able to motivate the team and ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timeframes
* Knowledge of health & safety standards and regulations
* Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask
* Fluent English is essential. Arabic is desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative menus that exceed guests’ expectations, whilst ensuring quality standards are maintained at all times. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including food preparation, staff training/management, recipe development & cost control. They will manage stock levels/ordering, maintain hygiene standards & work collaboratively with other departments. The Executive Chef will also have a key role in monitoring customer satisfaction levels by engaging with guests on their dining experience
